Zhang, Syaoran

A paladin of mixed Xuiling bloodlines having been born of both Yongoi and Tiaopi. He was raised among the Yongoi which are considered the city Xuilings and named for their lion like appearance and general culture. They have adapted to the world of Lato through using their cute exteriors to endear themselves to other races. Often times they are cared for as pets which they are not adverse to and most even welcome it. It is in their nature to help those who aid them with their magical abilities. The Yongoi are the most lawful of the three Xuiling subtypes of the species and they value justice. Theirs is a very busy and proud yet also humble society. While they are not as tranquil as the Tiaopi, they are still seekers of peace and willing to aid other races in need. Unlike the Tiaopi and Yunxi they are the most likely to venture outside of their lands to associate with other races.
