Tulip is the younger sister of Tate. She's in her last year of school, and still deciding whether she wants to pursue higher education or go straight into the job force. She's a pretty average student grades-wise, and despite joining her school's Cooking Club, she has no idea what she really likes to do outside of basic chores. Even though the decision has got her pretty stressed out, she tries not to think about it and diverts the question as soon as it's brought up (honestly, she's seriously thought about letting her grades drop on purpose so that she can get held back and have more time to think over what she wants to do.)
However, despite her lack of direction and anxiety surrounding that, Tulip is a very popular student among her classmates. She's got a good core group of friends, and is the kind of person who even if she isn't close to someone, they still are on good terms. Around her peers, she's extremely up-beat and optimistic, shining a light wherever she goes. However, among people like her sister, Tate, who seem a little more than...INEPT at being a proper adult, she turns very strict and almost mother-like. She's even willing to go as far as to threaten to sell Tate's figurines if she doesn't go and do her job or do chores around the house (how cruel...!) It's especially hard for Tulip to see Tate this way after spending so many years actually looking up to her older sister. She really only does it out of wanting to see her sister do the best that she can.
Besides that, she's also a hardcore romantic, and has always dreamed of being in a relationship. Although, despite her general popularity among the student base, Tate's over-protectiveness has driven off every single chance she's had at a date, so she's never been on one. Instead, she often goes out with friends to whatever events that she can to try and ignore it. She can't keep it up forever, right...? She often goes to Mimsy for romantic advice since Tate is of no help.
