"An extremely chatty Eevee. They have very robotic movements, and their body isn't attached together with ligaments or joints. The head, legs, and tail are all separate from the body but move alongside as if they were connected with invisible strings. There's stunted movement, almost as if key frames are missing with an animation. It's mouth has two shapes, it doesn't appear to have any depth or function as a mouth would. It's eyes never open, but instead get comically swirled when fainted. A very strange creature indeed! Assumed Normal type."
