Billie is very quiet and calculating. She is extremely observant, and is always watching out for new information she can use. She specializes in ambush, and she can be extremely patient while waiting for a target. Her emotions are very subdued, and she seems to have the same face wether she's telling a joke or ripping someone's throat out. It isn't helped by her natural resting bitch face.

Due to a training injury, she has partial facial paralysis, so she doesn't emote as strongly and the left side of her face barely moves. She is extremely venomous and can strike extremely quickly. She's also a great climber, spending a lot of time in trees or on the tops of buildings, and she has amazing night vision and infrared vision.

She and Supernova grew up in Evermutt Labs together, and they eventually developed a relationship. She is the daughter of Lance, and the half-sister of Cassidy. When a fire broke out in the lab, Supernova escaped, unintentionally leaving Billie behind. But Billie doesn't hold grudges, does she?
