Please don’t use any of my adopts in any hateful content, including "jokes"  where the punchline is homophobic/transphobic/racist. I can’t enforce this, it’s just scummy.

Feel free to redesign my designs, change their species, etc. once purchased. 

Feel free to use them in any non-commercial work, including NSFW work.  

You may not make merchandise out of my art without explicit written permission. 

You can resell any purchased design, but not for more than their original price unless there's extra art included. If you do this, I will blacklist you.

All of my adopts sold will get a discount on any commissions of them that you order from me! This only applies to my designs, not resales.

Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use my artwork or created designs in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use my work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
