Ichirou Kei

✬ The All-Too-Dangerous Dream Breaker ✬

As if we needed another threat to the unconscious realm after Mae... Ichirou Kei is a young patrol officer and the middle child of his family, between Shameimaru and Kiyoshi Kei, his older brother. And of course, with being the middle child comes the syndrome; Ichirou is pretty obsessed with attention from either of his brothers, whether it be good or bad. Ichirou, alongside his brothers, Kirinji Kano and Momoyo, make up some of the group members of the Raiden Luofu, led by Kaguya Mirai. He falls almost second to last in terms of ranking between the Elite 5 of the RL, just barely above Shameimaru but below the other 3. Of course, this is most likely due to his tendency to go off course and play mischief on people while he's on patrol.

Though, he'd absolutely love to do it off duty, but due to a condition that makes him really tired at 6PM sharp. No one's really sure where it came from. But this really nerfs him, as his ability is to destabilize one's dreams and soon, mentality. But of course, "Nyet. How am I supposed to mentally torment my enemies if I can't even stay up past them?!" Ichirou can always throw his knives at his opponents instead.
