Vivian

Vivian is a gargoyle created by the Sect of Smoke to maintain order in a post apocalypse city that is the last haven of humankind. Though she has no formal authority recognized by the whole of the city, she does her best to keep people safe. She tries not to be a narc when she can help it. 
Vivian Marie Windham is a human who lived in Silmorne prior to its entrapment and was mangled and transformed by the Sect of Smoke. She has since been returned to human form and does her best to keep people safe. She will have her revenge no matter whose heads have to roll.
