Narissa is on very good terms with her crew on The Arcadia and writes them letters when she is away for too long. She regards them all as family, and loves each crew member dearly. Though, the genasi is known to spend a lot of her time on land these days so her crew will often sail without her, Eris substituting as acting captain while she is away.
