Lorelei (Lori Neptune)

Lorelei's human form has a pale complextion and is a mature young woman. She has long teal-colored hair, bangs that reach her chin, and a semi-straight ahoge. Her eyes are a purple color which appear to shine at certain spots.

She first appears wearing a red and white variation of the Obelisk Blue Girls' uniform. Lorelei later appears to wear a thin, light jacket over a black spaghetti-strap dress that shows a bit of cleavage, and black boots.

In her Siren form, Lorelei takes the appearance of what appears to a human with wings and scales, as well as a mermaid tail. Her hair appears a little wild-like, strands going in any direction possible, most likely due to the fact she spends much of her time in the ocean. She has very little clothing, instead going for a long, almost sheer-styled dress that goes down to her tail.

The name Lorelei comes from a Siren with the same name, or similar saying.

The name of her alias is meant to be another form of Lorelei but without giving away her actual name. Her alias surname, Neptune, comes from the Roman God of the Sea.

Much of Lorelei's past is unknown. She was born ans raised as a Siren near Greece where she lured sailors to take their energy. She eventually left the Ionian Sea and traveled through the waters, eventually landing in the Pacific Ocean, near Japan.

At some point in time, she was approached by a strange man asking for her help. Having nothing to do and wanting something more, she accepted.
