The species cannot be changed or transferred; They can have an “alternate” form but I prefer my designs aren’t used for other species, since I can just make them myself.

They aren’t to be traded or sold as “sales fodder” within the first two months of having them.

You may not sell them for more than you bought them for, Unless with a considerable amount of additional art.

Do not use my designs as “inspiration”, or just straight up copy/rip them off for some “kit” designs. Hypothetical offspring are cool.

My designs may not be used for characters used to express any form of hate speech/crime, racism, Homo/transphobia, Or discrimination of any kind. I do NOT control any NSFW matters; Any of age person buying my designs is responsible for what happens from there. That is not my business.
You may gift designs you buy from me to somebody else, But please update me as you do.

Blacklisted persons may not be traded, sold or gifted my designs; Congregating and dealing with a blacklisted user regarding my adoptables WILl get rights to the adopt revoked and I will put them back up for sale, as well as blacklist and block said user.
