Ra is an old space faring doctor, researching injuries and illness of various species around the galaxy to try and make information more available in this day and age of frequent space travel. It’s been a lot of work, but very rewarding to see new cures and incredible ways bones can break and heal in different aliens.
Of course, he had heard of a strange disease ruining various planets, and begun to slowly look into it alongside his normal work. But being nothing more than a small team and the root of the problem being so far from him? Ra put this mostly on the backburner. He could only do so much while dealing with other problems. It could sort itself out, right?
...Perhaps not, Ra figured once two travelers discovered him and pulled him along for the ride of hunting down a cure. Well, so much for his mostly peaceful life and lab. It wasn’t like he didn’t go along willingly! It just took quite the fuss from the leader of the two, Dacey.
...This really seems impossible for three aliens, but who is Ra to tell others what to do in the name of science? He’ll keep an eye on things. Mostly. Yes.
