About
Ace is a musician who lives in New York city living his normal day to day life in Brooklyn, where he was born. He lives in a humble apartment in the 3rd floor along with any friends that he picks up along the way. He has Ice powers as well as the ability to time travel. This is how he meets new people from different countries and different time periods in which he houses them in his apartment while teaching them about the modern world.
Design
Notes
- He either wears the sweater you see here or his parka.
- His earrings are optional.
- His ears can either be floppy or more like elf ears. I'm not picky.
- His horns are like lightningbolts but not angular.
- I'm not picky with body types so draw him however you like.
Personality
While he is friendly, he tends to be a bit naive. Trusting people he shouldn't. Often times he gets himself in a situation where he has to let someone go due to not having the best judgement on who to trust. He doesn't like direct conflict, so most of the time he tries to fade them out of his life by ghosting. He values his own safety first and foremost in situations like that.
Likes
Cold Weather
He always found himself to enjoy colder climates a lot more. If you're cold you can just bundle up. If you're warm, you're screwed.
Bustling cities
One of his worst fears is feeling alone, so even if he's surrounded by strangers, just the faint sound of other peopel doing their own thing is comforting to him.
Musical instruments
He may be too lazy to practice them but he loves collecting them.
Geography
Most people know him as a musician, but what a lot of people don't know is he's really interested in other countries and cultures, which is how he ends up meeting different people from around the worlkd and from different time periods.
Dislikes
Hot weather
This might seem pretty obvious at first but he despises hot weather. Enough to keep his apartment at 65°F (or 18°C) at all times.
Crowds
While he likes bustling cities, he doesn't like being in the thick of it. He often gets irritable when he has to walk through crowds.
Math
Ironic that a musician doesn't like math. He can do basic arithmetic but that's about it. Don't ask him to solve anything past a 2 step equation. He will not even bother.
Complete silence
He can't even sleep in complete silence, he always has to have some kind of ambience playing even if it's at a really low volume.
Extra
Cooking
He likes to cook, but hates picking up the mess after so he usually puts that off. But this is something he typically likes to do when he's in the right mood.
Photography
When he was younger, he had a hand me down camera and loved taking pictures with it and editing them. He doesn't do much of it anymore but occasionally he takes a photo opportunity with his phone.
Drawing
He's not very serious about it, as it is just a side hobby and he likes to keep it that way. He's not the best but he learns at his own pace.
Vexillology
This one's pretty random, but he can tell you what county most of the flags of the world are from. Not sure how or why but that's something he's oddly knowledgeable in.

Jaqueline Williams
Ace thinks Jackie is really sweet and loves the sound of her playing violin. He often walks into the room and listens while she plays and she's very happy when she does. He loves discussing music with her as it brushes off his rusty knowledge on music theory and they both seem pretty passionate about it.
Asim Fadel
Asim and Ace spend the most time together. They are pretty close as he had to do everything he could to get Asim adjusted to the modern world. They pretty much do everything together to make sure Asim doesn't get overwhelmed and possibly does someting dangerous.
Elise Dubois
She's almost like a motherly figure to him. She's the one he goes to if he has any problems and despite her appearing as stoic and cold, she really opened up to him and comforts him a lot. He even reminds her of her own late son sometimes.
