Alexander

Alexander was born the first of twins, only son of respectable dragons Catherine and Frederik, and grew up in a sizable cave-turned-home in the middle Dragonlands. Though not as eager to leap off of cliffs as his minutes-younger sibling, he enjoyed a childhood spent entirely in the outdoors. From birth, Alexander and Corrin were inseparable and did everything together. Both were proficient with their shapeshifting magic from a very young age and spent many a long summer day exploring the vast canyonlands and woods surrounding their home.

When he was nearly 20 years old and growing bored with the state of things, Alexander found renewed purpose in joining an emergent group of dragons that had plans to finally breach their country's insurmountable southern barrier. Some among their group had made it farther than ever recorded before, though they'd been afflicted with a strange magical "illness" as a result. Alexander's involvement with what essentially turned out to be a death cult drove an irrepairable rift between himself and his twin, but also between himself and the rest of his family. This culimated in him willingly infecting himself and descending into magic-induced insanity that got him kicked out of the family home. He poured all of his time and energy into the cult and its proceedings at this point and ended up formulating a plan to lead a conquest into the mysterious southern country, now also wanting to pursue his missing sister. Aurelia had prepared for him, though, and he would meet a violent end trying to take it.

Alexander was mourned by his family, and his parents in particular were never quite the same following his death. In another life, perhaps it would have been different.
