Hecate's Links
The ancestors of her line are bitter people, to break such a sweet girl into such small pieces. They cursed her to this eternity of strange life and death. Hecate soothes her wounds but feels like a failure regardless of how much Gaia says her thanks.
Hecate's gradient is wonderfully pretty, but her other physical traits call back many memories Gaia would rather forget. They seem to both understand what Hecate's ancestors have done to her. And the memories have faded to a point where Gaia can't even recall why. Hecate, sweet as she is, has soothed the pains of Gaia's missing arms but cannot seem to find out how to break the curse. Admittedly it's sad but... Gaia is glad that she's trying. She cannot hold what her ancestors have done against her.
