Nez met Dabi by joing the League of Villains; though Dabi had not much interest in getting to know anyone new, as was his usual distant behavior, he had to get to know them through running errands together for the League, going on missions, and other mind numbing activities(Dabis words). Nez was part of organizing the Leagues finances, health, and plans. Dabi was forced to be in close proximity with Nez when he was injured badly, and as Fate would have it, their gentle care and regard for his being made him forget himself for a moment. A little crack in his built up mental armor has been built, ultimately ending in his downfall of feelings for her.

Looking for Affection in All The Wrong Places
Miscommunication has led to a painful back and forth between Nez and Dabi. They are a stubborn bunch, neither ever giving up on their goals. Dabi doesn't want to feel. Dabi doesn't know what being soft means. He's all rough edges and flirty quips. Desperate for affection but not a clue how to gain it.
Nez senses Dabi's pain. They know, they have felt that hurt before. Their soft spoken tongue leaves Dabi dazed and confused. He only knows how how to be rude, how to push people away. But it bothers him more that he doesn't like doing that to Nez. He needs this love, he'll be sick and broken without it.

- Mouse and Snake dynamic.
- Nez patches Dabi up a lot, ranging from giving him stitches to bandaging him up.
- Dabi loves to tease Nez. He will take any opportunity to be a smug, flirty bastard to him.
- Nez has a very switch type of energy, one day they'll give into Dabi freely and other days she'll fight him as much as she can alongsiden the way.
- Dabi is very grabby, and will often let his hands wander on Nez without a care.
- Desperate, intense, passionate relationship. Rarely are they ever really soft, ranging from throwing dumb affectionate insults at each other to making out in a dark alley.
- June 9th is their anniversary day/date. They dont care much for celebration but always do something around this date roughly (neither of them would admit how much it means).
