Very laid back and quiet usually but can get extremely energetic around close ones. Either sleeps too much or too little, no in-between, either way, always tired. Passionate about hobbies and his ideals. Can become completely clueless about their surroundings and the people around him. Tries his best to keep his good spirits up. Always willing to listen to others but would never talk about his own feelings or troubles. Slight anger issues, such as trust issues. Overthinker. Quirk:
Illusions:  Can cast illusions onto others through the eyes in his hands, as long as people are in eyesight of the caster and look into the eyes. If overused it might cast illusions onto himself, making him become disoriented and so unable to fight, which might lead to passing out from the overwhelming sensations. It's not a very physical quirk, plus, Neisan isn't a very physically strong person, so other than their quirk they have to rely on techniques and tricks alone.
