Medina Cavalier

Brief Bio: The third of the Cavalier  sisters, often known as "the Demons of Darkwood".  They are mortals,  though very  long lived through their interaction with deep magics.  The sisters are ruthless in their quest to preserve and maintain the most ancient portion of Darkwood and have been known to bring whole armies to ruin.   Instead of killing soldiers, often they turn them to animals (especially birds) and absorb them into the woods.  Medina's role is to forage for plants and trap animals.  During combat, she transforms soldiers to animals.  Her favorite animal is the deer and will often turn armed men to bucks.

Whole  kingdoms throughout the centuries have been crippled by their foolish  attempts to obtain the woods' resources.  Children who are abandoned in the Darkwood are adopted and girls are trained to become medicine healers and midwives.  Boys are raised to manhood and trained to become scouts, spies, and bards.  Most traveling bards are children from the Darkwood and it's said their songs are inherently magical because their instruments are made from the trees and animals of their homeland in  the woods.
