Midna | INSOMNIA

"I ONLY WANT WHAT I CAN'T HAVE"

Midna is the first horsewoman of the apocalypse, representing Insomnia. In the demonic takeover, her job is to encourage humans to let their guards down through sleepiness, sleeplessness, and any other primal needs she can manipulate to distract them from the real problems at hand.

Friends with Knox, who she hangs out with often in Elysium, where Midna often goes to escape her work. Is also the ruler of Atlantis, which is at the bottom of the sea that the river Lethe flows into. The tremendous stress of running all of these jobs at once has caused her to neglect her work, so Basil has to do it for her. Midna escapes by traveling up the Lethe to Elysium. A boat ride with Leoch is exactly what she needs to calm her down - he knows when to allow her to vent and when his select words of advice are needed. When they finish climbing the waterfall, Midna meets with Knox and Gina in the meadows. 

Angeline is her messenger and adopted daughter who follows her orders almost blindly, delivering messages from Atlantis to Elysium and vice versa. Midna knows she hasn't been the best mother to her.
