An unexpected duo with unexpected chemistry, Adair intially took Chet on as a pet project to get him to be less of a dweeb. Now they're a techno cop, feral cop duo left to solving strange occurences in the town of Halmont and getting entangled in each other's life drama along the way. He thinks of Chet very fondly - even if it is in the same way one would think of a tamagotchi.

He's a self-admitted mama's boy. Though going through their rough patches, especially when Adair was being strung along by Lynn, she's always been there for her son and Adair does everything in his power to give back and take care of her as she's growing older. He does get a bit jealous when other magi his age get too attached, but it's a circumstance he has to live with when Azalea has as a nuturing spirit as she does.

A close friend who, alongside Chet, should really form a cabal by now, Ira and Adair understand each other on a level others can find incredibly puzzling. Don't worry about it, don't think about it too hard, they're speaking languages that only the deepest autistics can understand. He deeply appreciates Ira.
