Not only is Nabatea's magic power overlooked by many, but his gentle demeanor leaves his peers and masters at the royal grounds thinking he means well and is full of kindness.

However, he's a harsh taskmaster when given the reins, and remorseless in his minute position of power. His mellow tone, soft face, and small stature rarely make waves even when he's criticizing a common citizen or the guards.
There is never an ounce of hesitation in his voice and mannerisms when speaking up-- and though he'll always show extreme restraint and respect to his masters, everyone else gets treated more like Naba feels he's above them. 

Story

Born into slavery, Naba grew up into the role of one of the Holy Prince's pleasure slave. Due to his work as he was raised, his title is not indicative of all that he encompasses to the High Elven Holy Kingdom.

Surprisingly, he has his masters confidences for barely staying in touch with them and being busy with lesser duties, such as cleaning about the castle and courtyards, managing others. 

When he is allowed to work among the royal family (such as handling them and their hygiene, or preparing the food they will eat), his handiwork is usually unthanked... But done with respect and care.

Trivia

• Naba dresses extremely conservatively compared to others in the High Elven kingdom, and is allowed so only because he has 'proven' himself to the highest members of the royal family.
     ... He cant help himself falling prey to society at large, and modestly, still puts on makeup. But wearing the conventional revealing clothing is far too much for him to handle.
• Naba doesn't work well with weapons but is extremely proficient with his magic, and dangerous spells at that.
     They don't work out well with his line of duty... So how he's able to utilize them enough to remember them is the scary part. "Does he practice fire spells out of the compound when everyone else is asleep?" Rumors such as that crop up when others see Naba light a stove-top with a smooth snap of his fingers.
• As written in his bio, Nabatea is actually not a pleasure slave (just in title only), and since he proves himself far more useful around the Elven's compound, he hasn't done sex work in many, many years.
     Despite this, he has been 'marked' as unavailable to anyone else but the Prince he was assigned to. ...Disregarding this 'law' is punishable by death for Naba and any partner he would take up with.
