Decker is a hard worker at the academy. Most of the times he's the first one to complete tasks and then slacks off.
Richard is his old friend with whom he likes to goof around. He calls Richard "sunshine" just to get him angry
Occasionaly talks to random students and other deans. Likes to hang out outside
