A rugged former detective once touted as Nobu's top rival and adversary. The pair's game of cat-and-mouse on opposite sides of the law seems to have come to an end following Takashi's retirement. The pair share an unquestioningly intimate, daresay obsessive bond.

Sumi
"business" associate

A wily assassin whose slippery skills Nobu occasionally uses to his benefit. Sumi seems to be rather drawn to the merchant for whatever reason, but Nobu only somewhat tolerates their frequent visits to his shop.

Corrin
kid

An orphaned feral child that snuck into Nobu's cart while he was passing through the Eldeen Reaches. They have developed an attachment to Nobu and Takashi, and occasionally tags along with them whenever the cart passes through their territory once more.
