Rue is more on the quiet side, perhaps having a slight child-like shyness amongst strangers. She is in fact relatively unsentimental, though not necessarily cold or hostile. Simply, she tends not to have outwardly strong emotional reactions, and generally keeps a "neutral tone". She's isn't easily emotionally beaten, which lets her get through gruelling tasks with a "just do it" attitude. Curious and creative, she isn't afraid to try out new things or do things a different way.
She has weak leadership ability, and often relies on having others to give her commands or tell her what to do, though she aims to improve this part of herself.
She tends not to use idioms or abstract phrases to express her thoughts, though she may use comparisons or similes as she finds it easier to understand when trying to think of something in terms of something else. She also tends to make use of body langage to communicate, like nodding in favour of saying "yes".
She believes that there is good and evil, with some complexity. While she believes a bad deed is a bad deed, no matter the motive, she believes that sometimes, those who commit crimes also need to be looked after themselves.

Her hobbies include growing her own vegetables/fruits/flowers, making visual scrapbooks (putting photos and other memorabilia inside) and making wood sculptures

Also secretly wants to enter woodcrafting competitions and things, but is too shy to. She sometimes fantasises about winning a cool medal for one of her woodcraft sculptures.

DESIGN NOTES

Can draw her cat ears as real cats ears or just part of the head band (it can change depending on her AU). Similarly can draw her with or without a cat tail because it changes depending on AU
Under her skirt, she wears shorts (you can kind of juuust see them in the main ref)
She wears stocking/tights covering her whole leg/thigh, it's just that part of it is dark and part of it is more translucent so they look like long socks.
