Normally a quiet and standoffish Yumenari, Retro works under a master mask maker in Yamakage.

Most people assume that Retro doesn’t care about delivering dreams, and they would be correct! Retro would much rather be working on his mask prototypes.

Clearly the Goddesses see something in them though, since they bestowed a strange little cloud pet upon them!
