Profile
An introverted seamstress who tends to keep to herself. She spends most of her time in her workshop, designing Doll clothes.
Warm weather tail and ears; 3-point type.
Two small horns, black, ususally incorperated into her headbands.

She has porcelain prosthetics from mid-thigh down, with Kintsugi patching.

Sophie is one of the mascots for the closed species, Ventrils! Her style is mostly Victorian gothic and neutral colors; accented with gold and teal.
Sophie is quiet and thoughtful, and she was designed to be the opposite of Ace, the other mascot and her fiancé. Her personality matches her style, and she almost never wears colorful clothes. The only hint of bright colors are the bandaids Ace insists on decorating her prosthetics with, just because he loves her and wants to keep her safe (even if they don't really do anything).
Sophie and Ace are engaged, and have been for a while; they've known eachother since they were kids, when Ace began his apprenticeship as a Doll maker.
Sophie is truly shy and tends to use Ace as a social shield. Her love language is gifting Ace unique outfits for him and his Doll.

As a warm weather Ventril, Sophie enjoys warmer weather, and is especially sensitve to the cold. Too much moiusture in the air makes her hair and feathers frizzy.
When she was younger she would often prick her fingers when hand-sewing or embroidering, but she's both learned to avoid that, and has prick scars.
Warm weather Ventrils are often coastal, and have an affinity for the sea or lakes. Sophie, however, can't swim so she prefers to admire it from a distance.
Particular noises (thunder), and textures (rough, uneven) tend to make her upset. She's particularly scared of storms, and depends on Ace or her Doll to make her feel better.

Sophie has been learning sewing techniques since she was young, as an apprentice tailor; she works closely with Doll makers, which is how she first met Ace. Although she knows how to use a machine, she prefers hand-stitching, and often gets caught up with over-complicating projects.
Story Telling Although Sophie is shy, she’s very passionate about storybooks and fairytales, and can often be found with a small crowd of younger Ventrils listening to her read. She likes to give the characters voices, and have her own Doll help with the performance.
Crafting Sophie likes to know how to do a little bit of everything! She scrapbooks, makes jewelry and candles, and doodles in her spare time. She’s also incredibly handy, always having an idea to fix a problem!
Games Incredibly clever and quick-minded, Sophie is only competitive when it comes to playing games. Her favorites are chess and mahjong, but she has a secret love for blackjack and bluffing games, like poker.
