Osha

Ocean man
Osha is a Syllkheret living on a secluded beach on the coast of the province Tarrterra, located in the northwest region of Arabelean territories. He is an incredibly calm and collected person that is rarely seen with anything else but a smile on his face. He wears a fin-inspired tail prosthetic, after losing a half of it to Oshtrozahl at some point in his life. This loss doesn't seem to phase him, or hinder his ability to swim as fast as he does. Osha's carefree attitude seems to either immediately win over people or make them give Osha an annoyed side-eye.

A coast outside of time
The beach itself seems to be an anomaly as much as Osha is himself. Tall cliffs and forests separate the beach from the rest of the area, with only a single tunnel connecting the beach to the rest of the mainland Tarrterra. If you were to walk through this tunnel, you would discover that no matter the time of the year of the weather conditions in front of the entrance, the beach is stuck in an everlasting summer.

The Cafe with no name
Osha is a proud owner and the only Ghalla employee of a seaside cafe, which he built himself. Given the everlasting summer of Osha's beach, his little cafe prospers and serves clients throughout the year. The structure itself is rather modest, and while it is neat and looks brand new, it's quite obvious that it's a DIY passion project. The menu that the cafe offers is rather modest and rarely changes as Osha seems to have hit the nail on the head when it comes to the selection of the items on the menu. After all, why change what the people obviously seem to love?
From time to time, Osha is known to make an "off-menu" drink for those who really need it.

A brief summary of the past, present, and future
Nobody is quite sure when Osha actually built his seaside cafe. Everyone who lives in the vicinity swears that he's been there "forever". If you were to go a century back into the past, the inhabitants of the area would claim the same. Nothing would change if you were to go into the distant future as well. Osha and his cafe seem to be only constants on Eraden. There were a couple of times throughout history where locals would grow suspicious of Osha's apparent immortality, and they'd report him to the authorities. Bizarrely enough, the Rexarian Nightlords always seem to turn a blind eye to the "Osha problem". This kindness has earned every Ghalla of the Rexaria bloodline a free drink at the cafe.
Osha doesn't to care to address any of the rumors or accusations made about his age or the history of his cafe. Though he does from time to time "slip up" and mention events that happened centuries ago as if they just happened last week.

Syllk Haven
Being a Syllkheret gives Osha the ability to be seen by Syllks as "one of their own". Because of his lifelong proximity to the sea, he has forged a special bond with Aquatic syllks that inhabit the waters west of Tarterra. Osha enjoys helping "Sea" swith their various coast related issue, such as teaching cubs how to properly walk on land. In return, smaller Sea syllks help him run his cafe by carrying drinks to the customers. These syllk employees are another attraction that ensure that Osha's cafe thrives no matter the time period.
