In a village that was once striving, a ghostly cat stumbles upon a drained Absol with their Luxray/Floatzel. While the cat would normally take advantage of their weaken state by taking what they own, something in them told them to offer their assistance. Grateful for the Pokemon's help, the Absol offers their assistance with whatever they need help with. This is how the Luna and Lani met. Kaliko is a scheming bandit that prioritize taking whatever they can get their hands on. Haku is their partner that seems largely uncaring towards anyone besides Lani and Kaliko as they lack anyone to call their family. Kaliko and Haku are trying to work out their respective feelings for each other. Well...at least Haku is trying to. Kaliko is mostly trying to ignore it.
