Cereus

Cereus is a seer, which means she has visions of the past and/or future. They always come at night, when the moon is out, and depending on the current phase of the moon, she sees different things. During the waxing moon she sees the future, during the waning moon, the past, and on full moons she sees all, whatever that might be. The only time her visions quiet is during moonless nights, which is also the only time she manages to get a proper night of sleep.

Her visions are rarely useful and don't necessarily come to fruition. She's been trying to articulate a theory about the continuum of time, the multiverse theory, and what truth there is to history, but it is slow going. Her mind is sluggish at the best of time, constantly operating on severe sleep-deprivation.

A pale blue humanoid bear with a smattering of star-like freckles and a mark that looks like the moon over one eye. The shape of her moon changes with the phases of the real moon, moving between none, crescent or full. Her eyes always have deep, dark bruises under them, as she gets very little sleep.
She favors warm, fluffy winter cloaks colored like the night, dark blues and purples, lined in fur and delicately embroidered.

• She is constantly exhausted, so she has very pronounced dark bags under her eyes.
• Feel free to move the moon-mark on her face around. make it bigger/smaller, full/crescent, leave it out completely, etc. When she has no moon her face is absolutely covered in freckles.
• You don't have to stick to the cloack(s) in her artwork, feel free to give her something different!
