Brightstar is the leader of CedarClan. She has reincarnated hundreds of times, but this is the first time she's been reincarnated as a cat. She's a descendant of Brightriver, CedarClan's 1st deputy.
Personality
Brightstar is ambitious, creative, and cheerful. She enjoys talking to others and perks up immediately when someone speaks to her. She remains cheerful even when the situation isn't appropriate; it can be uncanny when she keeps smiling while heavily injured. She seems to lack fear and envy. She distrusts StarClan, believing that reincarnation is a natural process and that StarClan is making the world stagnate.
She has a very high pain tolerance, but is capable of feeling negative emotions. This mostly occurs when she's dreaming. She has nightmares about struggling to survive, but when she wakes up, she always laughs it off.
Bio
Brightstar has always had vivid dreams about her past lives. She's lived the lives of bugs, birds, fish, and all sorts of animals, but never a cat. Despite this, she has nothing against hunting prey because she sees death as a natural process. She rose to leadership at a young age, though not without earning some resentment. Her older clanmates disapprove of her youthful personality. She ignored them and threw herself into her role.
Brightstar's future was changed by Tanglepromise's time travel. She was originally supposed to pass away from an infected injury from a skirmish with MeadowClan. Her clan was unaware she was on her last life, so it increased clan tensions. After her death, she went to the Dark Forest of her own volition.
