Kiyomi is an old Yumenari who has seen a lot in both the cove and the human realm. Even in her youngest years delivering dreams Kiyomi was fascinated with humans and their legends, yokai in particular. She spent much time working hard, and has many blessings to show for it.
The dreams Kiyomi makes have always been straightforward, but given much love by her. These dreams are of humans simply spending time with those they care about the most. More often than not Kiyomi seeks out humans who need this the most to give these dreams to.

Kiyomi is a yume who has seen much of both the cove and the human realm due to her long life. Kiyomi stopped keeping track of her age at around 1000, as it didn't matter that much to her at that point. She has no intention of a rebirth anytime soon either, as seeing what happens keeps her fascinated with both worlds she knows.
The human realm keeps Kiyomi's attention with it's vast amount of mythology. Kiyomi over her lifetime has devoured myth after myth that humans have written, and even gone to investigate those she enjoyed the most. The tales Kiyomi loves the most are those about yokai in Japan. She loved these so much that she would spend free time in the human realm searching for yokai to see herself, and even recording information she found.
Of course, Kiyomi's favorite piece of legend is the tale of Kitsune no Yomeiri, known also as the foxes wedding. This naturally birthed her love of sunshowers and spirit fire that human realm kitsune were written to use. Less admittedly, Kiyomi also enjoys the romantic parts of this legend. Many who know her are fairly certain if a yume didn't ask Kiyomi out during a sunshower she would surely reject them.
Kiyomi's dreams on the other hand are very straightforward in their love and care. Relatively simple, the dreams Kiyomi crafts are of humans spending time with those they care for the most. She puts a lot of love into these dreams, and makes countless scenarios for them. Kiyomi takes the extra time to seek out humans who need these dreams most in harder times. She simply wants to remind them they aren't alone.
Kiyomi herself, despite her nonchalant attitude towards a lot of things, is surprisingly caring towards her fellow Yumenari. She has seen some of the worst in both humans and yumes, and refuses to contribute to that in any way. This has led to many situations where a yume who has been distressed or deeply upset will find Kiyomi at their doorstep to offer kind words and company.

- Kiyomi claims to have seen many yokai in her youth. She also claims to have witnessed a Kitsune no Yomeiri herself.
