A new lawyer working at a rather off-beat law firm specializing in chucking supervillains up the river, Cassie has a promising career ahead of her, even if her stepping stone toward it is a touch eccentric. Cassie is committed to standing up for the little guy which is why she chose to work in a field not known to be easy to work in. Likewise, she's a big fan of her city's local superhero the Vanguard. She works in the same office as Jace, and the two frequently find themselves hanging out. They have a mutual attraction to one another.
