he's supposed to be in a modern/near sci-fi-ish setting normally but he really can be whatever/wherever...
he's pretty sweet, but has a lowkey competitive streak in him lol. loves dancing, running/racing, and trying out new sporty things, especially if it involves vehicles. give him a bike and he'll be goooooone.
he is quite giving (especially to friends) and seems to have money that he doesn't know what to do with, really, but never admits where it's coming from.
