Dulce is a barista, a beloved cafe owner, and an Aetherling who has spent many days busting her crystals to become a world-class pastry chef. She loves cooking competitions and just because she knows her way around sweet treats and making them, doesn't necessarily mean that she is not versed in other styles of cooking. SDulce worked directly under Zanzaleón when she finished her studies at the Academia. It was rigorous and challenging and sometimes she wanted to just give up but her dreams of owning her own cafe were much stronger than her doubts. Eventually, she managed to get her dream cafe and built it right next to a library becoming really good friends with the owner and proceeding to merge the two businesses together. She is often seen wearing a blue scarf and a plain simple dress on her days off. Others have seen her during competitions and seem very different from her gentle demeanor, almost fierce and with a sharp tongue.
