Mayo is a little Cookie that lived in the Time Balance Department and researched about the time wormholes, building Robots + trying to find her parents again. (They sadly died in a mission but she doesn't know and wants to look for them). She is very bubbly helpful, and tries to help anywhere she can. Most of the times she build tiny Robots until she met Hazelnut Cookie who wandered around the TBD aimlessly, close to getting kicked out of there.

She greeted him kindly and asked how she could help him but only got a rudely "a child surely can't help me", BUT she insisted on helping him and with that traveled along side Hazelnut who explained her his plans about wanting to create Time Magic and Magic in general that e eryone could use, everyone- not only Mages.
She was really hyped about his plans and started to admire him lots, starting to get to know him better.

After a lot of time they started caring about each other on a family basis, especially after Mayo dropped the bomb that her parents are missing for a very very long while- Hazel thought the worst, already told himself that they are probably dead but didn't wanted to destroy Mayos hope. His sympathy and Empathy for Mayo started to grow which made him start caring about her as if she was his own daughter.
