She lived together with her (nowadays Ex-) boyfriend Esil, which she met at the famous Bara Bar in Alkava for a long time. Since a child she was brave and went without permission into the deepest and most hidden parts of Alkava, discovering Ruins and places that maybe someone never has seen before. She followed her childhood dream and became a Royal knight in the state of Reigne. Now her job was to protect the current Admin of Alkava, who would soon retire since the Job was too boring for them. Alkava doesn't really have much problems ongoing (unlike the other lands)

One day she finally got back home and had a child together with Esil, a little boy called Yuni, alias Red, the Future Admin of Alkava. To take care of her child helicopter style, she left work for a while and stayed home.

Some day Red brought home a little exhausted and nearly dead Dioréan boy which turned out to be Blue later on. She took care of him for a long while together with Red, explained the little Dioréan how things work in Alkava, that everyone gets respected in the way they are and that no one should get judged unless there are unhuman reasons. Later on she helped Blue return to Reigne so he could start as Admin there. She noticed her son was quite sad about the fact his best friend had to leave and started dreaming to become an Admin too, just because he missed his friend. And surprise surprise, Helicopter mom made his wishes become true and somehow, ONLY SHE KNOWS HOW she got the alkavian application letter for the Admin place. And with that- Red became an Admin. And his mom is his body guard- You can already imagine that Red got sometimes a little embarrassed about how fast forward and protective his mom acted at times.

But leaving all the fun times behind, one day Phoebe and Red got asked by Blue if she and other people of Alkava could help out with the planned Dioréan Genocide which both agreed to. During the Genocide she offered herself to be a bait to defeat the "mysterious Soldier", who would turn out to be Avielle later on, so Blue could reach up to defeat Zephyr. But after an intense battle Pheobe got hurt really badly and slowly bled to her demise, after holding a monologue on how proud she is that she was useful and that she trusts Blue to take care about Red and his Kingdom as she was slowly facing death itself.
