Perhaps it's not a good idea to tell this particular witch that you never expect her to be look that pretty. That's implying you thought she was ugly beforehand (to her, anyway).
Voisin is a witch who controls the weather and is the epitome of the word "conceited": annoying, rude, and sarcastic, she somehow never falls in the line of true evil, since she never sees herself as a villainess - and even then that would only be in name. She is antagonistic at best and a walking headache at worst. Nevertheless, this witch has huge confidence and will wreck havoc on anyone who tries to say otherwise.
In spite of her very poor and selfish behavior, Voisin shocking still has a few friends that she keeps in touch with, implying she isn't all that vain - at least, a lot of the time.

- She is named after and very loosely based on La Voisin.
- She was originally a fan character for an OFF (by Mortis Ghost) fan game, but has became an original character instead since then.
- Her old wand was based on the Nazar amulet, but was scrapped due to it not fitting into her weather witch aesthetic well and also me realizing how insensitive the design choice was given its cultural origins.
- She rides on a cloud as if it were a broom.
