Willow is a small baby with psychic powers that don't seem to go past teleportation & telekinesis, it's unknown why he looks how he does nor how he has powers but at this point his family doesn't think much on it. When Willow uses his powers he has a blue glow to him(like in the Pokemon anime) & his folded ears stand up like they're normal cat ears instead of Scottish fold ones. His favorite things to do with his powers is make himself float around & make items float/teleport them sometimes. He is often propped up against one of those "u" shaped baby cusions but he can sit on his own & can even toddle/walk some.

Willow is usually dressed in his purple footie onesie with a hoodie which is a little baggy on him(keeps him warm) along with a pacifier. Despite this he has some other outfits he wears as well, Willow is fine wearing many things but often wears whatever he wants including dresses. He has a collection of pacifiers that can go with his outfits.
