Born an orphan Victor was adopted by a branch of the Provenzano family, due to this his early life was fairly easy; Though he wasn’t necessarily considered a Provenzano he was more or less a younger to them. However even if his early life was easy Victor always knew something was wrong, though powerful nobody in the family was equal. He was disgusted by this, and made a vow to himself; He will fix the world’s flaws, and make every man equal.

Victor had always had a knack for tinkering, making all kinds of things. These thing ranged from small to large, harmless to dangerous. Victor had even made working prosthetics, ones capable of acting and performing like the limb it was modeled off of. While making the protestics Victor had an epiphany; to make every aerolin equal they would need to dig deep into something they had all shared. Steel. If everyone had been made the same, just with the basic steel of their bones, then they would finally all be equal. No “higher” or “lower” classes, no division of the people. Just equality.

However Victor had taken things too far when he had started removing his own body, and slowly being the process of replacing the body parts with metal augmentations. It started with his left hand. Victor had also started to mess around with chemistry, going as far to create a formula that had blocked out any ‘negative’ emotions from the brain. He had gone and shown his cousin, Ignazio, the progress. Horrified his adoptive cousin, at the time Underboss of the Provenzano crime family, had decided that Victor was “too dangerous” for the family and had basically exiled him. Now, alone, Victor had started working on perfecting his ideals, eventually making his cult. Even though he doesn’t consider it that.

With chemicals: When on the chemicals his followers usually take Victor is much more calm. He can also be more upbeat, usually having a somewhat amused grin on his face. He’s much more open, and honestly much more friendly. However it has it’s downfalls, he usually only takes it when he is already feeling “good” so this Victor isn’t the one that people will see as often.

Without chemicals: Victor is much more obsessive, hot headed, and overall not pleasant. However he does his best to mask the worst of himself. This usually results in him being more stoic than usual, he’s quiet and not talkative at all. Though he is much more negative Victor’s morals are still in place, he helps those who deems as in need, cares for the people in his following, and still keeps to his cause. If anything Victor is much more argumental in this state and if pried hard enough will get to the point of yelling.
