Personality: A very laid back and easy going boy. Not much bothers Shinji, taking most things in stride. He's not shy, and rather sociable. Despite this, he usually is seen sitting and watching a conversation happen. He's very attentive to other people and their needs, and does his best to act accordingly. He's the type of person that even though you talk to him often, you'll find you don't actually know all that much about him. His grades aren't the most amazing, but his social skills and his quick thinking are what gets him by. Sometimes he has trouble being honest about himself and his feelings, a result of not opening up about himself often. He can also be surprisingly clingy when he truly gets attached to someone.

Hobbies and Notes:

• Has a high pain tolerance, and does all his own piercings. It's a bit of an addiction for him.
• Owns a parrot he lovingly calls Suzu. The feathers from his earring come from his parrot. Suzu only likes Shinji, and will scream and bite other people.
• Has a huge interest in fashion, and enjoys doing nails and hair. It's his dream to leave town one day and open up his own stylist salon.
• Loves taking selfies of himself doing things. Has a decently large following base on his instagram.
• Works part time outside of school. He runs a ferries wheel at a local amusement park.

Noteable Relationships:

• Takashi Akagi: A boy who's two years younger. Shinji's always noticed Takashi's stares, but wasn't really sure how to react. (Seeing how the boy seemed to stare at everyone.) Eventually he begins to have visions of Takashi's deaths, so soon enough he finds himself around the boy often. Over time he sees what a very sweet and soft boy Takashi is, and grows attached quickly. There's something about his aura that really makes Shinji at ease, and brings much joy to him. Takashi is also one of the few people to actually ruffle his feathers, much to his surprise. Which makes him all the more fun and interesting to Shinji. Eventually over time the two will eventually confess, and begin to date, along side with Aiko. The three of them keeping their relationship a secret.
• Aiko Iwasaki: A girl a year younger than him. Before the story, the two never interacted much. But seeing how Shinji has visions of Takashi, and Takashi having visions of Aiko, it was inevitable the three of them would see each other often. Aiko and Shinji both have similar intrests and dreams, both wanting to move out of town once they graduate. He loves her busy bee nature, finding her natural optimism and enthusiasm charming. She lifts both his and Takashi's spirits up, so it's impossible to not want to be in her presence. Sometimes while they're waiting for Takashi, the two like to take selfies together on his phone. Over time the two will eventually confess, and begin to date, along side with Takashi. The three of them keeping their relationship a secret.
• Azami Fukuhara and Hotaru Hirano: The two girls that sit in his group. The three of them are the oldest ones in class, thus grouped together. They've been stuck together for a long while now, so the three of them know each other rather well. He enjoys Azamis bubbly and sweet attitude, always finding her easy to talk to. As for Hotaru, he's the only boy she'll properly speak to, so he takes honor in that. He's always very gentle and caring when interacting with them, wishing good things for both of them. It's very common for the three of them to be slacking off in class, usually with Shinji doing the girls nails.
