his actual/former name is not important. he is simply student debt wizard.

1000s of years old, looks 35-45

can change his physical form at will but usually doesn't. his usual form is 6'8"

he can also change the flow of time to maximize possible student debt. for example he can change the past so that the curriculum is deliberately made to require twice as many textbooks as in the original timeline.

he profits off of kraft mac and cheese and instant ramen

backstory:

back in the medieval ages, student debt wizard had a passion for education. he wrote many textbooks spanning across many different subjects(biology, geography, history, etc). however, his pupils began to complain about the prices of his books. he had been steadily raising the prices on them in order to make more profit, but they had begun to notice. he didn't understand what they had to complain about; his only customers were the social elites, since almost everyone else was illiterate during this time period, so they should've been able to pay for the books just fine.

as his customers gradually left him, he vowed to take bloody revenge upon all university students of the earth by making their lives a financial hell. he started experimenting with forbidden magic; specifically, the ability to change history. he would use this to ensure that all universities were deliberately planned to be as expensive as possible.

centuries later, none have succeeded to stop his nefarious plans.
