If purchased for money: you are welcome to gift, trade, or resell for equal value unless additional art has been added.
If received via trade such as trading OCs, Customs, Designs, etc.: you are welcome to gift, trade, or raffle, but you are not permitted to sell unless additional art has been added.
If received as a Gift such as Freebie, raffle, WTA, etc.: you are welcome to regift, but you are not permitted to trade or sell unless additional art has been added.
