Nobody ever knows what he is thinking or feeling, but he has never harmed anyone or did anything out of line. He doesn't talk to anybody else too but many have said that sometimes they hear a weird voice talking and every time it happens they see a glance of the bone fish picking on him.
Where did he come from? How was he formed? Nobody knows. He doesn't really do much apart from swimming around in the air like he's enjoying it. He always look like he is smiling happily, and allows others to touch his bone tail if they wish to as long as they don't ever touch his bone fish.
