Design Terms of Use
-If you win the adopt, you are absolutely not allowed to trade, or sell it for any types of currency, even if you buy commissions for him. -If you win the adopt and you no longer want him at one point, give him back to me and I will find him a new owner. -If you wish to gift him to a friend, you must let me know who the new owner is. -You may not use my adopt as base and/or concept for your own purposes. -You may not use my adopt for commercial uses. -You may slightly alter an adopt's design (not traits though). If you do, you must notify me first so I can approve. -Co-ownership is allowed, but no more than 2 people on a single design. Only 1 person can be the official owner, and upload the design on Toyhouse.
I don't care if you base a character off of mine from inspiration, but you are NOT allowed to redistribute, sell, trace-over, recolor nor edit any of my characters, my original designs, my art, or art that I have bought from others for my own characters.
