Please read through these terms carefully. By owning a design, or other media made by me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.

Section 1.1 - Will Draw
- Most Animals, Feral, Anthro, Human(oid)s
- Original Characters and/ or Fan Characters
- Sonas
- Light OR Heavy Gore
(Ex. Excessive blood, detailed internal body parts, etc.) - Simple Mecha
- Body Horror

Section 1.2 - Will Not Draw
- Explicit Sexual Content
- Complex Mecha
- Sexualized underage characters (in actual age and appearance)
- Pedophilic relations
- Incestuous relations

Section 2 - DESIGN RULES
- You may use my designs for personal stories, roleplay, etc.
- Please don't delete the toyhouse profile. You're free to private the profile if you want, but please authorize me to the character's profile. I do check up on them often!
- You may make minor or major redesigns of the character, as long as you credit me as the original designer.
- Please do not remove the original art file; you can keep it on a separate tab if you chose to make any big edits!
- You may not claim the design as your own work, whether you did or did not make any edits to it.
- Do not resell a design of mine for more than its original value, unless they have extra commissioned or personal work. (Gift art or art trades do not count)

Section 3 - Art/Characters
- You may draw any of my characters, I appreciate gift art of any kind!
- You're allowed to add my characters to dreamie folders! I love knowing people like my characters, but outside of adopts they're probably not gonna leave me lol
- You may use my work in character profiles/codes. A note/link back to me would be appreciated, but not required by any means!
- You may take inspiration from my designs or stories.
- You may not colorpick, steal, copy, or heavily reference my designs or stories.

Section 4 - Misc
- I cannot 'claim back' a design under any circumstances.
- I may offer to trade/buy back a design, to which the current owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.
- Please don't steal or trace my work! My characters mean a lot to me, so please respect that.
