Terms Of Service (Commission TOS)

Please read through these terms carefully. By ordering a commission from me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.

These terms were last updated October 11th, 2023.

I have the right to decline and/or cancel a commission with or without explaination. You will be alerted if that's the case.
I use deadlines as a rough estimate- you can expect your piece to be done by that date or a little after. Do not use it as an exact due date.
I do not work on a first come first serve basis! I'll usually work on comms I've already started before going into smaller, more recent comms, then work up the latter from there.

You may contact me through Discord DMs or Toyhouse messages when ordering a commission.
Each commission will have a card on my Trello page.
Please provide a clear reference of your character, unshaded if possible.
You can order more than 1 commission at a time.

All payments are done through PayPal.
Payment is to be made after the client has approved the sketch.
The commission will be on an 'on hold' status until payment has been received.
After the client approves of the sketch, I will send over my email or PayPal.me (please pay in USD)

Smaller commissions will be completed before bigger, more complicated ones.
I'm not a full-time, dedicated artist, so please have patience!
On Trello, your commission card will have a date showing when i started the piece, and a loose date for when it's supposed to be finished.
The max estimated wait time, going off of my art's current supply and demand, is around one week or more.

I will keep you updated on your commission, and let you know once I've started. You will recieve an inital sketch that, one approved, will be the basis of the final drawing.
If I make a mistake with markings, expressions, or anything else, feel free to ask for a change! Charges are only for big alterations to the piece, like reposing and the like.

You may not claim my artwork as your own, whether you've made changes to it or not.
The finished piece may be used for personal use, or any other non-commercial way. Profile icons, wallpapers, print for personal use, etc.
I do not claim ownership to any of the characters/subjects portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective creator(s).
You may repost the finished piece on socials, with visible credit to any of my sites! All Sites - Carrd
