Profile

"Mulberry's feathers and fur shimmered with the dim light of the fire, and Pearl couldn't stop glancing at them. They looked like a neat pile of amethyst and rose quartz jewels just waiting to be hoarded by a dragon, perhaps even the kind she used to see all around her kingdom back home. At one point Mulberry caught Pearl looking at her and they softly smiled back, despite Pearl being so certain that the Hippogriff was incapable of any emotion other than "I am judging you and sizing you up and probably planning something sinister".

While still technically a Gryphon, Hippogriff's also exist within the modern and advanced Gryphon society. For whatever unknown reason, sometimes the back half of the creature comes out looking like a horse instead of a cat, and no one is really sure why that is. But much like how a Wish Dragon's anatomy and flying method are different to other dragons, a Hippogriff is just a slightly differently shaped Gryphon and are generally treated equally, although they do seem to be rarer than they used to be.

Mulberry's time training in the Gryphon Armed Forces has resulted in them becoming very stoic and disciplined. They often wont speak unless spoken to first, great at following orders, and they are incredibly good at keeping a straight face, even around those they're comfortable with. Sometimes they can struggle in social situations more than other Gryphons, such as not picking up certain social queues and being awful at "small talk" but in their humble opinion, it doesn't really matter what other people think, what important is that they're true to themself and that they follow their code of honor and morals.

Mulberry uses a holographic interface (as controlled by a bracelet on their wrist) to form protective armour over their body and create blades at the tip of their wings feathers.
