story of jupiter
Jupiter was born in NYC to very wealthy parents. For all of his early childhood, he was raised more by nannies and housekeepers than he was by his own parents – though nonetheless, he was a normal boy. However, Jupiter was born into a line different from other people— a family different from other people. The life of a vampire is no different from the life of a person, though.
It wasn’t like the movies ; he was largely normal other than the fact he would have to consume blood once a month. Though, in the comfort of his high-rise room, away from the general public, he was alright. He didn’t go to normal school – instead, a prestigious online school his parents paid for. He had everything given to him on a silver platter – except for social skills.
Coming to be a pre-teen, Jupiter started having a fascination with heroes – not only those in the comics, but real-life instances of them. With all of his money and brains, Jupiter convinced himself that it was reasonable for him, a scrawny teenage boy, to be like Batman, or Superman.
And surprisingly, it was. Jupiter gathered all of his technology and started going out on his own, without permission of his parents at first, to help other people. Due to his natural heightened abilities as a vampire, he didn’t sustain many injuries and was generally successful at saving people from small things like fires or muggings on the street. When his parents found out, they grounded and scolded him until they realized what good he was doing for people. With their support, Jupiter became more sophisticated – they involved him with the local police to stop crime, and sponsored his efforts to build a technologically advanced superhero suit.
From then on, Jupiter was the Jupiter we know today – until he met a very special boy named Daniel, and realized that maybe his life wasn’t complete being alone.
