Raziya is an odd character for a Cacteen. Usually the species are friendly and prefer to avoid violence, Raziya however is aggressive and plays out her sadistic nature in her job as an assassin. Even her height is unusual for this species as their common height are between 130 and 150 cm.
Due to her high intelligence, she is able to come up with vicious killing strategies and she is an expert in letting corpses disappear. She always only acts in darkness, as the eyes in her hands have excellent night vision and she can easily navigate in the night. Most of her kills are orders from people who don't want to get their own hands dirty. She doesn't like to be ordered around and if she believes the kill is out of spite and the contractee is far worse than the chosen victim, she will refuse the kill and murder the client instead. She only works alone because in her mind others are no match to her skill level.
- Her weapon of choice is either a dagger or poisoned needles.
- After a successful killing she pulls put a single petal from her ears and leaves it on the victim as a signature mark.
