The rock of the team as the one that's been with Domino for the longest time and also his first friend. Arrow is support for the group and is usually pretty quiet and doing his own thing. He studies at artblot academy and draws landscapes in his free time. He wants to be a painter in the future. For some time he also modeled for kensa when it was first starting out. And consequently owns a lot of gear and weapons from it.
Arrow straight up mostly doesn't care. He's pretty nice, but it's all usually superficial. Until he actually warms up to you and becomes your friend. Then he'll just do many acts of service to show his appreciation.
He's chill, and very loyal. He sticks to everyone's side a lot, and assists with a lot of kills. If Dom is down, he's the next to take the lead in a match.

- Just like the rest of Nugget's and Domino's team, he was made from a dream my bf had of a match he had with these guys. The designs were made from what he remembered and have slowly been updated throughout the years.
- He's had the most wardrobe changes throughout his designs.
- Slowly becoming besties with Robin because he finds him a little too hilarious. (not at the beginning tho)

Arrow is a slightly taller than average and lanky inkling. He has dark skin with a top knot hairstyle and red eyes. He's usually always seen with a hat, and he also wears a single silver earring on his left ear.
He has a pretty clean and dark look most of the time. If he ever wears color he puts on red to match his eyes. He doesn't wear much kensa anymore except for his titular arrow shoes.

Domino's first real contact with inkling society. They lived in the same neighborhood and Arrow was the first to find out he was an octoling. They became friends after that and Arrow taught him everything about the surface. Domino tries to not be all too close nowadays and Arrow tries to not let it get to his heart.
Arrow and Rii are on pretty friendly terms. She's nice and sweet and he's nice back. He gives her lot of splash walls to keep safe. They aren't very close but arrow respects how hardworking she is. And visits to her house are the best because her dad has the best food.
Robin finds it easiest to joke around with and around Arrow, and Arrow is just the straight-man to keep him in check. And rarely even joining in. Arrow finds him funny because he's not scared to try anything new, unlike himself.
