warren is the ceo of luxury fashion house james warren inc., and the son of the company's namesake. with product lines including fashion, handbags, fragrances, watches, and other accessories all selling to dozens of countries all over the world, it ends up meaning that warren is very, very rich.
as expected of someone with as much wealth as he has, warren is not a good or pleasant person by any means - and he makes this clear from the moment he meets anyone. he's all business, never sparing a moment to smile or otherwise attempt to help anyone feel more comfortable. people also tend to note his sharp tongue and lack of delicacy with his words. it's quite easy to irritate him, so most of those who need to interact with him end up understanding how he operates pretty quickly.
overall, he is somewhat inept at keeping relations that are anything deeper than those made for work, though that much is clear already.

warren's oldest child. they ran away a couple of years back, and he never bothered to look for them. he doesn't care about what they're up to in any capacity.
warren's cousin. a really annoying guy, in warren's opinion, but he still always goes out to lunch with morgan whenever he asks.
warren's longtime secretary who unfortunately died from mysterious circumstances. the two of them did not particularly like each other, but warren at least considered them to be reliable.
